Refund policy

1. Return & Exchange Period
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date you receive your order.

Requests made after 14 days will not be accepted.

2. Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused and unworn

  • The item must be in its original condition

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • All tags, dust bags, and included accessories must be returned

Items that show signs of wear, damage, washing, or alteration will not be accepted.

3. Quality Check Process

Once the returned item reaches our warehouse, it will go through a Quality Check (QC) process.

The item will be:

 Approved – if it meets all return conditions

Disapproved – if it does not meet our policy standards

You will be notified of the result after inspection.

If the item is disapproved, it may be sent back to you.

4. Return & Exchange Shipping Fees

A 120 EGP shipping and handling fee applies to all return and exchange requests.

  • For refunds: 120 EGP will be deducted from the total refund amount.

  • For exchanges: 120 EGP must be paid before shipping the replacement item.

5. Refunds

If your return is approved:

  • The refund will be processed after the Quality Check is completed.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees paid on the original order are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges

If your exchange request is approved:

  • The replacement item will be shipped after approval.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

7. Non-Returnable Cases

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not met the above conditions.
